As part of the celebration of the Feast of Immaculate Conception, Through Lonely Hearts CLUB, INC. The municipality of Balayan in the Province of Batangas, celebrate its first Bagoong Balayan Festival on December 4, 2015. Participated by students from the nearby towns of Balayan , the participants had perform street dancing with their colorful dresses. Really Balayan was proud of their colorful culture.
